Partially Sifted Flour

This 70% flour is milled from our hard red spring wheat and sifted to produce a finer flour. We often refer to this unbleached white flour as our "all purpose." Because we use no chemical bleaching agents, our flour retains its natural creamy colour.

This flour is ideal for everyday baking including muffins, cookies, breads and pizza crusts.
